Been Obsessed With Losing Weight?

Statistics show that men are the most obsessed about losing weight! You will observe that fewer men are fat or still cling to their baby fat! It is more or less a secret social rule among boys and men. Men worry about how they look and thanks to television commercials, sign posts and several other advertising mediums, the perfect man syndrome is the norm.

Most men would give anything to have that perfect physique like Adonis (Greek origin). Going to the gym as regularly as taking a shower would be a small token to offer to the gods of perfect figure because you know, women are often choosy about the kind of men that they would date - they have even tagged various body shapes to have different meanings.

Many guys are therefore worried about how they look! In fact they are more worried than most girls, ladies or women in the world although they may not show it! These as been since early men! They always want to keep in shape all the time and would go to any extra level to get trim or have their six packs. Most of them stick to specific diets to help stabilize a trim weight in order to avoid excess fat. Obligation to stay in shape is a basic necessity among the male species before all other things! So the next time you want to lose weight, (just like, watching the ants to inspire you to work hard) watch the guys 'secretly' and as a gal, do the easier version. You do not need the six pack and all. All you want is the trimness and not a masculine figure!

Exercise often, drink lots of water, sleep and eat regularly (men do not play with their food. Find out how they still stay in shape in spite of that!), you could also try drinking raw eggs if you like! It would really help. Eat lots of fresh fruits and avoid oily foods. Try dieting on home made foods rather than fast foods. Most of these fast foods contain lots of fatty ingredients etc.
